What personal data do\u00a0we process about you?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The Controller\u00a0processes\u00a0mainly\u00a0the\u00a0following data about you in paper or electronic\u00a0form:<\/p>\n

For\u00a0natural persons:<\/strong> name and\u00a0surname, title, \u00a0telephone number, email address, billing information, signature, and the history of services provided or products purchased from\u00a0Controller.<\/p>\n

For\u00a0legal persons:<\/strong> name and\u00a0surname of contact persons, job title of contact persons, telephone number of contact persons, email address of contact persons, name of the company, website and\u00a0email address of the company and\u00a0billing information\u00a0of the company.<\/p>\n

If\u00a0you are or plan to be a participant in a language course or audit carried out by the Controller, data about\u00a0your language\u00a0level are also processed.<\/p>\n

For what purpose and\u00a0on what legal basis do we process your personal\u00a0data?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

We\u00a0process your personal data to the extent necessary\u00a0:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> in the performance of contracts concluded between you\u00a0and\u00a0Controller<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • for the purpose of identifying the other party in the conclusion, performance and\u00a0termination\u00a0of a contract<\/li>\n
  • for the purpose of fulfilling the Controller\u2019s contractual obligations under\u00a0this\u00a0contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For these purposes, the provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary, but without this data \u00a0we would not be able to conclude a contract with\u00a0you at all and\u00a0fulfil the rights\u00a0and\u00a0obligations arising from\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

    2. in fulfilling legal obligations<\/strong> arising from\u00a0special\u00a0regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • for marketing purposes \u2013 promotion of the Controller, promotion of the Controller\u2019s products and\u00a0survey of satisfaction with the Controller\u2019s\u00a0services<\/li>\n
        • to maintain a database of providers of services or other products for the purpose of contacting them for the purpose of concluding vendor contracts in\u00a0the future<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The consent provided for the above purposes is entirely voluntary, but is necessary in order to inform you about\u00a0new products, services, promotions with discounts related<\/strong>to\u00a0products or about\u00a0changes in opening hours or announced competitions related to\u00a0our products. If\u00a0you are our vendor, your consent to the maintenance of a database of providers is necessary in order for us to\u00a0contact you in the future with\u00a0a proposal to enter into a contract for interpreting, translation or other services provided by you. You may withdraw<\/strong>your voluntary consent at any time.<\/strong> However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its\u00a0withdrawal.<\/p>\n

          Will your personal data be shared with other\u00a0recipients?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

          Your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities if\u00a0the Controller is obliged to provide them to these authorities, to<\/strong>IT<\/span> service providers, lawyers, auditors, archivists and\u00a0other persons such as external translators or teachers who provide services to the Controller and\u00a0with\u00a0whom the Controller has concluded a personal data\u00a0processing agreement\u00a0.<\/p>\n

          When proofreading or translating from\/into non-European languages,\u00a0your personal data may be transmitted to a third country, provided that the conditions set out in\u00a0relevant legislation are met.<\/p>\n

          In general,\u00a0transmission your personal data to third countries is not expected.<\/p>\n

          If\u00a0, in the performance of a contract with\u00a0you as a client, the need arises to transmit your personal data to third countries, the Controller will proceed in\u00a0accordance with\u00a0the applicable and\u00a0effective legislation<\/strong> and\u00a0the transmission to third countries will only take place if\u00a0you consent to\u00a0it or if the transmission of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded in your interest. The\u00a0Controller shall inform you of these circumstances before the\u00a0transmission takes place.<\/p>\n

          How long will your personal data be processed for this purpose\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

          Your personal data shall be retained by the Controller for the duration of your contractual relationship <\/strong>with\u00a0the Controller and\u00a0after its termination until the settlement of all obligations arising from or relating\u00a0to\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

          If the Controller processes your personal data on the basis of your consent, your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of this consent<\/strong> or until you withdraw your consent\u00a0.<\/p>\n

          After this period, your personal data may be processed in cases where the Controller is required to do so under special\u00a0regulations.<\/p>\n

          The processing of your personal data does not involve\u00a0automated decision-making, including\u00a0profiling.<\/p>\n
